At the moment, YES, we can. My maximum limit is 10 REGULAR affiliates. So if you want to, go ahead and apply. For DOMAIN-AFFILIATES I have no limit, they are always open. The only requirement for domain affiliates is that your site is a network and has its own domain name.

Link exchanges are always open, and anyone can be a link exchange as long as it follows basic rules. So go ahead and apply!
Can I use your resources?
Oh course you can! This is what Arisu is for. As long as you credit Arisu, they're free for use.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. If you are caught redistributing Arisu's resources and content, I will report you.

I cannot teach you anything. I'm a busy person with school and life. However from time to time I will make a tutorial.

No. Using code is stealing, unless you have special permission from me.
Your site doesn't offer much. Why?
That's because Arisu's motto is QUALITY over QUANTITY. Every now and then I prune the older, lower quality graphics.
Can you host me?
Unfortunately, I cannot. I'm being hosted for free myself, by Shukaku of Hyouri.org. She also bought the domain. Please apply for hosting elsewhere.
