- Sites containing prejudice, discrimation, and racism will NOT be accepted under ANY circumstances.
- Free-hosted websites are accepted! :)
- To prove you read the rules put in "Wo Bu Ai Ni" in the comment section.
- No Pop-Ups or excessive advertisements.
- Contact me once in a while, I will do the same.
- Update a decent amount. Once every 2 months is fine for link exchange.
- You must be at least 13 years of age. If you're younger and have a lot of talent and MATURITY, I may let this rule slide.
