This contest was made because, well... Katty felt lazy. That and, she's been on a layout-making stump. So she wants YOU to design Arisu's next layout. This is Arisu's first contest, and I hope to make it one with fabulous prizes! The contest is themed. Read the rules for more.
• Deadline is july 11th.
• Layout must be viewable in 800x600 resolution and in browsers internet explorer 7 and mozilla firefox.
• There are 3 places, plus an honourable mention.
• THE LAYOUT MUST FEATURE THE BAND ALICE NINE.
• If i reject your entry i will tell you whats wrong with it and let you re-enter when the error is fixed.
• You must have a valid email -- but a website is optional.
• You must place the banner on your site only if you have one.
• It is highly reccomended you keep the layout PSD.
• Remember, i have every right to twink your layout . However, if I do i will ask you first.
