Please read carefully.
- Please tell me if you're applying for AFFILIATION or DOMAIN-AFFILATION in the comment section. Thank you!
- All kinds of content are accepted, however jrock or asian celebrity is preferred if you are applying for regular affiliation.
- Type properly. No L337, chatspeak, sTiCkY cApS, or.typing.like.this.
- No adult content what-so-ever.
- Sites containing prejudice, discrimation, and racism will NOT be accepted under ANY circumstances.
- I do not accept any free hosted sites. The only exception is if you're hosted under another person's domain who has other hostees. Basically, no freewebs, awardspace, etc.
- I generally only affiliate with graphic sites, but I can make exceptions to fansites if they have a decent graphic section.
- To prove you read the rules put in "Ni Bu Ai Wo?" in the comment section.
- No Pop-Ups or excessive advertisements.
- Stay in contact with me. Wether it be through MSN, e-mail, or comments. Show me you're alive and that you care, I will do the same for you!
- Update at least once a month. If you arent going to update for a while, let me in on it.
- You must be at least 13 years of age. If you're younger and have a lot of talent and MATURITY, I may let this rule slide.
